Job summary
Veeva Systems is seeking a Safety Senior Consultant to support our pharmaceutical customers in Europe, helping them optimize Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance operations with Vault configurations. This full-time role is core to delivering value after go-live and advancing our delivery model through collaboration with product and other teams.
You will understand customer processes, discuss configuration needs, and communicate evolving industry requirements with strong emphasis on English
Qualifications
- Fluent English, strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience configuring, supporting, or implementing software solutions.
- Customer-facing with ability to gather requirements and explain complex processes.
Responsibilities
- Support a group of pharmaceutical customers and understand their business processes.
- Discuss Vault changes and apply required configurations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape delivery models and communicate customer requirements.
