Qualifications

• Pharmacist education with state licensure is required.
• Experience in high-volume pharmacy environments preferred.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Staff Pharmacists and Technicians to meet daily production goals.
• Ensure accurate and timely prescription dispensing and compliance with laws.
• Work on the floor as a pharmacist at least 75% of the time.
• Communicate with Pharmacy Operations leadership to resolve issues.
• Oversee controlled substances and state board compliance.
• Train newly hired pharmacists and assist with staffing.
