Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy is required.
• Current state pharmacist licensure in good standing is required.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and remain composed.
• Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Retail experience preferred (1 year).
• Second language skills are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Fulfill customers' prescription needs with accuracy.
• Provide patient counseling and pharmaceutical care.
• Ensure compliance with local/state/federal laws including HIPAA.
• Maintain professional image and follow pharmacy standards.
• Know the trade area, customers and competition.
• Maintain stock, inventory controls, security and record-keeping.
• Handle controlled substances and ensure proper documentation.
• Operate pharmacy equipment and maintain policy manuals.
