Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD preferred
• Current state pharmacist licensure in good standing
• Ability to handle stressful situations and stay composed under pressure
• Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, subtraction) for daily pharmacy operations
• Strong oral and written communication skills for patient counseling and documentation

Responsabilités

• Fulfill customers' prescription needs with high accuracy
• Provide patient counseling and pharmaceutical care
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws (HIPAA)
• Maintain a professional image and enforce dress standards
• Develop knowledge of the trade area, customers and competition
• Foster a positive pharmacy department image through service and teamwork
• Monitor stock, policy adherence, and scheduling to meet business needs
• Maintain records and security on scheduled drugs
• Follow procedures for handling products from approved sources
• Use accuracy tools and post-dispensing audits effectively
• Maintain signage, policy manuals and equipment as required
• Ensure all staff are trained on proper use of equipment and procedures
• Be prepared to work with or without reasonable accommodation
• Strive for ongoing personal knowledge growth in pharmacy skills
• Perform all essential duties in a compliant manner

Formation

Bachelor's Degree pharmacy

Current state pharmacist licensure in good standing

Ability to handle stressful situations

Knowledge of basic math
