Job summary

Blink Health seeks a Pharmacist-In-Charge for our Chesterfield, MO office. You will oversee all pharmacy operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and supervise staff responsible for data entry, verification, and dispensing.

This is a full-time, on-site position in a fast-growing healthcare tech company. The role requires a Missouri Pharmacist License in good standing and at least 1 year of Pharmacist-In-Charge experience.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree from an accredited college.
• Missouri Pharmacist License in good standing and unrestricted.
• Minimum 1+ year experience as Pharmacist-In-Charge for external candidates.
• Willingness to obtain licensure in other states as required.
• Strong communication skills with patients, colleagues, and management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the pharmacy per professional, ethical, and legal standards.
• Register pharmacy staff involved in workflow including data entry, verification, and dispensing of medications.
• Meet throughput and quality targets with audits, verifications, and regulatory reviews.
• Participate in quality improvement and assurance processes.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and proper documentation destruction.
