Humana Inc. and CenterWell Pharmacy seek a Senior Consultative Pharmacist to provide remote, patient-centered pharmacotherapy support. You will consult with patients, pharmacies and providers to optimize therapy and resolve medication access issues.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree, an active pharmacist license, and ability to participate in federal programs; travel to Humana offices may be required. Salary ranges from $115,200 to $158,400 per year with bonus eligibility and comprehensive

Qualifications
