Job summary

CVS Health’s Omnicare division seeks a Consultant Pharmacist in the Indianapolis area for on-site clinical support across long-term care facilities. The role is full-time, with 40 hours per week and occasional travel to client sites.

You will lead pharmacotherapy reviews, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive program adoption to improve resident care. You will work with facility leaders, coordinate services, and prepare written reports while leveraging existing client relationships to grow the

Qualifications

Must reside in Indianapolis or surrounding area.
Active Pharmacy license in Indiana in good standing.
Ability to visit customer facilities located in Indianapolis and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

Ensure facilities remain compliant with federal regulations.
Complete clinical reviews as required by federal and state regulation.
Own issue resolution and communicate early warning signs of potential issues.
Drive adoption of Omnicare programs and service offerings.
Use existing customer relationships to promote growth and new business.
Conduct Executive Reviews and other customer meetings as required.
Collaborate with Account Management, Sales, Operations, and corporate functions to meet site goals.
Perform Medication Regimen Reviews (MRR) and provide written reports.
