Qualifications

• National Diploma or Bachelor's in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field.
• 4–6 years pharma manufacturing experience; 2+ in supervision.
• GMP knowledge and production process understanding.
• Experience with batch record review and documentation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to train and motivate a team.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Familiar with safety procedures in manufacturing.
• On-site work in East London, Eastern Cape.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities and ensure targets.
• Monitor GMP compliance and safety regulations.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff.
• Ensure batch records and docs are complete.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with QA, Engineering, and Maintenance.
• Maintain safe working environment and safety protocols.
