Job summary

A pharmaceutical project management company is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to support a $600M facility construction project. The successful candidate will manage integrated project schedules, ensuring timely delivery across all workstreams. Applicants should have over 7 years of experience in large capital projects, especially in the pharmaceutical sector, and be proficient with Primavera P6. This position requires strong communication and analytical skills along with experience in project controls functions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project scheduling experience on large-scale capital projects (> $200M).
• Proven expertise with Primavera P6 and strong understanding of critical path methodology.
• Familiarity with GMP facility construction and tech transfer processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Collaborate with teams to gather progress data and update schedules.
• Support risk analysis and assess impacts of design changes.
