Syner-G is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional pharmaceutical R&D programs from preclinical through clinical development. You will coordinate scientific, regulatory, quality, and operational teams to keep programs on time and within budget.

The role requires deep understanding of drug development, strong planning, and excellent stakeholder communication. Expect collaboration across departments and opportunities to influence development strategy.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• Advanced degree is a plus; PMP certification is a plus.

Mansioni

• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans and roadmaps.
• Drive project execution, monitor milestones and budgets.
• Lead cross-functional project meetings across R&D, Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
• Coordinate regulatory submissions and ensure compliance with GMP standards.
• Prepare status reports and governance materials; maintain documentation.
