Job summary

Syner-G in San Diego, CA, seeks a Senior Project Coordinator to lead cross-functional initiatives across R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Marketing and Commercial teams, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within scope.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project management within regulated industries, with PLM, Design Controls, and lifecycle management experience; PMP/CAPM or similar certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• PMP, CAPM, Agile, or similar project management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support multiple cross-functional projects from initiation through implementation.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and status reports.
• Facilitate collaboration between technical, operational, and commercial teams.
• Track project deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items.
• Support product development, product launch, remediation, and lifecycle management activities.
• Prepare project documentation, meeting agendas, minutes, decision logs, and executive updates.
• Monitor project performance and provide recommendations to address schedule or resource constraints.
• Ensure compliance with applicable medical device regulations, quality systems, and company procedures.
• Assist with governance activities, including steering committee meetings and leadership reviews.
• Coordinate change management, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance project execution and operational effectiveness.
• Maintain project data within project management tools and reporting systems.
