Job summary

Moon Rabbit seeks a Senior Project Manager to join the PMO, leading complex pharma initiatives with end-to-end execution from New York. You will own MLR cycles, orchestrate cross-discipline workflows, and drive collaboration across internal and external partners.

The role requires independent leadership, strategic problem-solving, and strong client partnerships to optimize operations in fast-paced pharma marketing projects.

Qualifications

5+ years of project management experience within pharma/healthcare marketing.
Independent leadership and strategic problem-solving skills.
Strong client partnership and operational optimization capabilities.
Experience managing cross-disciplinary interfaces between creative and media.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

Lead complex, multi-workstream pharma initiatives with end-to-end execution.
Own MLR cycles and cross-discipline orchestration across teams.
Oversee creative cycles and technical platforms ensuring MLR compliance.
Manage media trafficking, pacing, QA across DV360, The Trade Desk, and others.
Anticipate issues, build mitigation plans, guide teams under pressure.
