Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Seven or more years of direct project management experience, including planning, budgeting, execution and delivery.
• Pharmaceutical, healthcare advertising, or other regulated-industry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project and program management for complex, integrated pharmaceutical advertising work across multiple channels.
• Translate annual client plans into actionable project, timeline, budget, and resource plans.
• Oversee integrated schedules, milestones, dependencies, and approvals across concurrent projects and lines of business.
• Mentor and develop junior project managers; provide workload oversight and coaching.
• Monitor scope, hours, budgets, burn, out-of-pocket costs, and resource utilization; support change control.
