Job summary
Aditi Consulting is seeking a Senior Project Manager to integrate Process Development activities by building and maintaining schedules for pipeline programs. You will focus on PD programs across Pivotal, Life Cycle Management, and Commercial space, working with Operations Leaders and Product Delivery teams.
The role requires extensive PM experience in Pharmaceutical Product Development, with a track record across biologics and small molecules.
Qualifications
- Doctorate/Master/Bachelor/Associate/High school path with 2/6/8/10+ years PM in Pharmaceutical Product Development
- Experience in Pharmaceutical/Product Development environments is required
- PM tools experience with MS Project, Planisware, PowerPoint and Excel preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional PD teams to develop and maintain project schedules
- Coordinate with Clinical, tox, and commercial teams to align timelines
- Draft scenario timelines for portfolio decisions across development paradigms
- Ensure active communication in reviews and governance meetings
- Drive decision making and project documentation
- Support business process improvements with commercialization alignment
- Report project metrics and risk analyses
- Capture lessons learned and industry best practices
