You will manage schedules, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive programs across development, lifecycle management, and commercialization stages in a large biotech environment. The role requires strong PM experience in biopharma, a scientific background, and the ability to lead complex initiatives involving biologics, synthetics, and drug product

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of project management experience in biopharma.
• Degree in Biological Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
• Experience managing cross-functional project teams and complex programs.
• Familiarity with PM methodologies and product development processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and manage integrated project schedules for Process Development programs.
• Coordinate with technical leads to define, prioritize, and track deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional coordination across biologics and synthetics teams.
• Prepare status reports, risk analyses, and leadership presentations.
• Support process improvement initiatives and PM best practices.
