Adelphi Research, part of the Adelphi Group, invites talented market researchers to join our pharma-focused team in Chicago. We conduct qualitative and quantitative studies to deliver insights that support new drugs and patient outcomes.

You will collaborate across teams, manage fieldwork, and maintain client relationships. The role requires 3–5 years in market research (pharma a plus), a Bachelor’s degree, and willingness to travel as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree essential; advanced education an advantage.
• 3–5 years’ experience as a market researcher; pharmaceutical experience a plus.
• Willingness to travel to conduct qualitative research.

Responsabilidades

• Design qualitative studies with competent methodology.
• Write screeners and discussion guides with minimal supervision.
• Supervise fieldwork and manage vendor relations; intervene as needed.
• Conduct telephone and in-person interviews with high competence.
• Analyze findings and prepare near-final reports with senior staff input.
• Develop conclusions and marketing implications with team members.
• Be knowledgeable in both qualitative and quantitative research; specialize in qualitative.
• Lead multiple projects and mentor junior staff.
• Travel as required for fieldwork.
• Collaborate effectively in a highly collaborative team environment.
• Maintain client relationships and communicate progress throughout the project.
