Job summary

Fluor in Morrisville, NC seeks a Sr. Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to support an FDA-regulated pharmaceutical processing environment. The role covers HVAC, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, and general maintenance to keep production running.

Experience in pharma/cGMP is required; you will read P&ID’s and electrical schematics, use CMMS, and participate in on-call responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• FDA/regulatory environment experience required.
• Pharma/cGMP familiarity essential.
• 2–5 years of maintenance experience in a regulated setting.

Responsibilities

• Performs scheduled PMs on equipment and records data per SOPs and cGMPs.
• Assists in installation and retrofit of facilities equipment.
• Keeps Maintenance Management informed of developments on a routine basis.
• Performs repairs to equipment and facilities in a safe, clean, efficient manner.
• Troubleshoots equipment with owners, engineers, and vendors.
• Develops solutions for equipment issues.
• Completes paperwork and GMP documents clearly and timely.
• Maintains organized workspace and adheres to training requirements.
• On-call periodically for repairs and issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
