Alcami is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician to support HVAC, utilities, electrical and mechanical systems in a fast-paced FDA-regulated pharmaceutical processing environment. The role requires independent judgment and a proactive approach to maintenance in a small-company setting where rapid changes occur.

The position is 100% on-site in Morrisville, NC with a 12-hour night rotation (7:00pm–7:00am) on a 2-2-3 schedule. Travel up to 5% may be required.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in a regulated pharma environment (FDA/NRC or similar).
• Pharma cGMP experience is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s degree is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintenance of WFI distribution, CCA, Boilers, USP and other utilities.
• Performs scheduled maintenance and records data as required.
• Installs and retrofits facilities equipment per SOPs and cGMPs.
• Keeps Maintenance Management informed of developments.
• Performs repairs to equipment and plant safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoots equipment with owners, engineers and vendors.
• Completes paperwork and GMP documents clearly and on time.
• Keeps workspace organized and clean at all times.
• Ensures compliance with cGMP and training requirements.
• On-call to monitor and respond to facility issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
