Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing pharmaceutical company in the RTP area who is seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Technician. This direct hire role is a 7pm–7am shift supporting facility operations and production equipment, performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring all work complies with cGMP standards.

You will read schematics and P&IDs, work with engineers and vendors, and maintain critical utilities to minimize downtime and protect product

Qualifications

• 6+ years of maintenance experience in production or utility equipment within a regulated environment.
• Prior pharmaceutical cGMP experience required.
• Advanced electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and P&IDs.
• Strong understanding of cGMP, SOPs, and pharmaceutical manufacturing requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on production equipment, HVAC systems, boilers, and facility utilities.
• Maintain and support black and clean utilities, including WFI distribution.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical issues to minimize equipment downtime and support production operations.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and P&IDs to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
• Complete work orders, maintenance records, and required GMP documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Follow established SOPs, cGMP requirements, and safety procedures.
• Work with engineering, equipment owners, and vendors to identify and resolve equipment issues.

This is a direct hire opportunity working 7pm-7am supporting facility operations and production equipment. This role is responsible for maintaining critical production and utility systems, troubleshooting equipment issues, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring all work is completed in accordance with cGMP standards and company procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on production equipment, HVAC systems, boilers, and facility utilities.
• Maintain and support black and clean utilities, including WFI distribution.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with PLCs, HMIs, and control systems.
• Familiarity with CMMS and JCI Metasys.
• General OSHA safety knowledge.
• Experience with mills, lathes, or other machinist equipment.
