Novo Nordisk is seeking a Materials Coordinator at our Boulder, CO site to maintain and issue properly stored and labelled materials and to manage inventory receipts. The role supports SAP-based inventory control, shipping, and HazMat handling in a regulated environment.
The ideal candidate has SAP experience and forklift certification, with at least four years of related work experience and a High School diploma or GED. Travel is minimal, and a company bonus may be offered based on performance.
The Boulder Site is home to the specialized technical operations/CMC team for oligonucleotides and RNAi therapeutics. The CMC team works alongside Quality, Regulatory, Technical Operations and RNAi Early Development professionals at our Boulder, Colorado facility and works closely with our teams in Lexington, Massachusetts. Ideal Candidate has previous SAP Experience
Ideal Candidate has Forklift certification.
0-10% overnight travel required. The ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, stand, and walk. The ability to push, pull, lift, finger, and grasp. The ability to speak, listen, and understand verbal and written communication. Repetition including substantial movement of wrists, hands, and or fingers. Lifting up to 33lbs/15kg of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Visual acuity to perform close activities such as: reading, writing, and analysing; operating a motor vehicle or heavy equipment, and to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of work assigned or to make general observations. Ability to distinguish colours. Corrected vision to 20/30. The working environment includes a variety of physical conditions, working in narrow aisles, and temperature changes.

The base compensation range for this position is $57,000 to $78,000. Base compensation is determined based on a number of factors. This position is also eligible for a company bonus based on individual and company performance. Novo Nordisk offers long-term incentive compensation and or company vehicles depending on the position's level or other company factors.
