Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Journeyman's card or equivalent.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs., work in awkward positions, cramped quarters, and on ladders or scaffolding.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; Lilly does not sponsor visas for this role.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical equipment, controls, and utility systems across buildings site-wide to meet internal and external customer needs while minimizing manufacturing and facility downtime.
• Perform installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems ranging from 12VDC control circuits to 480VAC power distribution and equipment systems.
• Perform operation and lockout/tagout of electrical distribution equipment rated up to 12,470V.
• Comply with all HSE requirements, safety plans, and annual goals; report injuries and safety concerns to supervision.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and P&ID drawings; maintain qualification for duties including LOTO, lift operations, and respirator use.
