Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of multi-craft maintenance experience in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time; Lilly will not sponsor visas.

Responsibilities

• Safety-first mindset in all maintenance activities.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of manufacturing and facilities equipment.
• Lead a team of mechanics and technicians in preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records including work orders and equipment history.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to identify and resolve equipment issues.
• Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance skills.
