Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Pharma Forecasting Specialist to join our Commercial analytics and forecasting team. You will deliver forecasts at global, regional, and country levels, acting as a key stakeholder in cross-functional initiatives. The role requires 10+ years in pharmaceutical forecasting, TA expertise, and the ability to develop assumptions, create concept notes, and prepare impactful presentations. Basic Python proficiency is required to support analytics.

Qualifications

• Pharma forecasting expertise and analytics experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and stakeholder management.
• Strong ability to develop forecasting assumptions and create impactful presentations.
• Proficiency in forecasting methodologies, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis.
• Basic proficiency in Python to support forecasting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short-term and long-term brand forecasts for strategic planning.
• Conduct brand, franchise, regional, and country-level forecasting with actionable insights.
• Apply quantitative techniques and sensitivity analyses to forecast risks and opportunities.
• Build and validate forecasting models and recommend assumptions and methods.
• Prepare notes, reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
• Present findings to stakeholders to support decision-making.
• Leverage Python and analytics tools to automate forecasting processes.
• Drive continuous improvement through best practices and new technologies.
