Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Pharma Forecasting Specialist to deliver global, regional, and country forecasts within a cross-functional team. The role emphasizes developing forecasting assumptions, creating concept notes, and presenting insights to leadership.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in pharmaceutical forecasting, strong TA expertise, and basic Python proficiency to support forecasting and analytics activities. Hybrid model and global opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of pharmaceutical forecasting, analytics, and business analysis experience.
• Experience in Long-Range Forecasting (LRF) and scenario planning.
• Strong TA expertise across Oncology, Vaccines, Immunology, Rare Diseases.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short- and long-term brand forecasts for strategic and operational planning.
• Conduct franchise, regional, and country-level forecasting.
• Build, validate, and enhance forecasting models and methodologies.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders and leadership.
• Present findings to senior leaders to inform decisions.
