Job summary

Syneos Health seeks a Senior Consultant Commercial Strategy - Pharmaceutical in San Francisco, CA to help clients maximize the commercial value of assets and portfolios, while strengthening market access tactics. You will build trusted advisor relationships, lead cross-functional projects, and deliver client-ready outputs autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Experience in consulting and/or biopharmaceutical work.
Experience in analyzing patient-level claims data.
Ability to develop client deliverables autonomously.

Responsibilities

Builds positive working relationships with clients, consulting staff, managers, leadership, and internal support teams.
Significantly contributes to cross-functional management of projects, including scope, approach, budget, resources, and timelines.
Accountable for project activities and uses internal tools to meet milestones and timelines.
Establishes a trusted advisor relationship with the client through credibility and reliability.
Identifies and evaluates secondary research data sources and summarizes industry and market trends.
