Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is seeking a Senior Consultant to help clients maximize the value of assets and portfolios within a complex, payer-driven environment. You will build relationships across client teams and internal support groups while managing cross-functional projects and timelines.

The role requires consulting/biopharma experience, plus expertise in patient-level claims data analysis and autonomous development of client deliverables.

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting and/or biopharmaceutical work.
• Prior experience with analyzing patient-level claims data.
• Ability to develop relevant client deliverables autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Builds positive working relationships with clients, consulting staff, managers, leadership, and internal support teams.
• Significantly contributes to the overall cross-functional management of projects, at both the client organization and internally at Syneos Health.
• Accountable for project activities and leverages internal tools to ensure objectives and timelines are met.
• Establishes a trusted advisor relationship with the client through credibility and reliability.
• Strategically identifies and evaluates secondary research data sources and summarizes data and trends clearly.
• Experience in consulting and/or biopharmaceutical work.
