Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Consultant to help clients maximize the commercial value of assets, portfolios, and organizations. You will build cross-functional relationships, manage project scope and timelines, and act as a trusted advisor to clients while leveraging secondary research data to summarize market trends and data.

The role requires consulting or biopharmaceutical experience and the ability to independently develop client deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Experience in consulting and/or biopharmaceutical work is required.
• Prior experience with analyzing patient-level claims data is required.
• Ability to develop relevant client deliverables autonomously is required.

Responsabilités

• Builds positive working relationships with clients, consulting staff, managers, leadership, and internal support teams.
• Significantly contributes to cross-functional management of projects, including scope, budget, resources, and timelines.
• Accounts for project activities and uses internal tools to meet objectives and timelines.
• Establishes a trusted advisor relationship with the client through credibility and reliability.
• Strategically analyzes secondary research data and market trends to summarize industry, market, client portfolio, and product data.

Bachelor’s degree

MBA or graduate degree in business or life sciences
