Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Consultant for Commercial Strategy in Boston, MA. The role focuses on maximizing the commercial value of assets and improving market access and selling strategies in a payer-dominated environment.

You will build relationships with clients, manage projects, and synthesize data into actionable insights, with opportunities to influence cross-functional teams and client outcomes. MBA or life sciences graduate degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting and/or biopharmaceutical work.
• Ability to analyze patient-level claims data.
• Ability to develop client deliverables autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Builds positive working relationships with clients, consulting staff, managers, leadership, and internal support teams.
• Manages project scope, budget, resources, and timelines across client and internal teams.
• Summarizes complex industry, market, client portfolio, and product data and trends clearly for stakeholders.
• Develops relevant client deliverables autonomously.
