Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions seeks a Senior Consultant to help clients maximize the commercial value of their assets, portfolio, and organization. You will collaborate with client teams, manage cross-functional projects, and deliver analytically driven insights from secondary research and patient data.

Ideal candidates have consulting/biopharmaceutical experience and can autonomously develop client deliverables while aligning with project scope, budget, and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in consulting and/or biopharmaceutical work.
• Prior experience with analyzing patient-level claims data.
• Ability to develop relevant client deliverables autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Builds positive working relationships with clients, consulting staff, managers, leadership, and internal support teams.
• Significantly contributes to cross-functional management of projects, including scope, budget, resources, and timelines.
• Accountable for project activities and uses internal tools to meet objectives, deadlines, and milestones.
• Establishes trusted advisor relationships with clients through credibility and reliability.
• Identify and evaluate secondary research data sources and summarize industry and market trends for clients.
