Job summary

Phreesia is hiring a Lead Client Experience Manager in the New York City area. This hybrid role combines strategic client partnerships in healthcare media with meaningful in-person, 1–3 times weekly meetings, and regular national travel.

You will own a portfolio of pharma accounts, drive revenue, and lead a small team to grow partnerships. The role asks for 8+ years in client-facing positions in digital media, healthcare, or related fields, plus a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital media, healthcare publishing, or digital advertising.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead partnerships.
• Strong presentation and senior stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow new or existing business with assigned accounts, leveraging pharma media knowledge.
• Own the full deal cycle from proposals to contracting in collaboration with analytics, creative, strategy, and research teams.
• Serve as primary contact for accounts, present monthly campaign performance, and support renewals.
• Be prepared for in-person client meetings 1–3 times per week in NYC area, with ~25–30% travel.
• Lead and grow a high-performing team of direct reports and collaborate cross-functionally.
