Job summary

Seneca Companies, an OWL Services affiliated company, seeks a Petroleum Systems Tester to perform fuel containment and integrity testing at various facilities. You will provide unbiased, data-driven results and corrective guidance to customers on-site, ensuring rapid, accurate service.

The role requires 4+ years in petroleum equipment, HAZWOPER 40 and state licenses, and the ability to travel overnight and be on-call. CDL and manufacturer certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma.
• 4+ years in petroleum equipment or related field.
• HAZWOPER 40 certification and state inspector licenses required prior to hiring.
• CDL-B or A with hazardous waste endorsement preferred.
• Manufacturer certifications for ATG, Submersible Turbine Pumps, and line-leak detectors preferred.
• Must travel overnight over 50% and be on-call 24/7 on a rotation.

Responsibilities

• Containment testing, equipment integrity testing, and leak-detection to prevent leaks.
• Conduct site inspections and report results with speed and accuracy.
• Provide training and supervision to junior technicians and contractors.
• Lead safety management and ensure PPE inspection and compliance.
• Manage mobile-device documentation of data and communications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
