Job summary

Seneca Companies, via OWL Services Affiliate, seeks a Petroleum Systems Tester to perform containment and integrity tests at fueling facilities. You will provide rapid, unbiased test results and corrective guidance, ensuring compliance and safety.

The role requires 4+ years in petroleum equipment, HAZWOPER 40 and UST inspector licenses, and readiness to travel 50%+. Expect active field supervision and equipment inspections. A high school diploma is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma.
• 4+ years of experience in the petroleum equipment field or related area.
• HAZWOPER 40 certification and state-issued UST Inspector licenses required prior to hiring.
• CDL-B or A with hazardous waste endorsement preferred.
• Manufacturer certifications for ATG, Submersible Turbine Pumps, lines-leak detection preferred.
• Must travel overnight >50% and be on-call 24-7 on rotation.
• Familiar with PowerApps and Outlook; able to perform field admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Containment testing, equipment integrity tests and leak-detection to identify leaks or prevent future leaks.
• Conduct site inspections and share unbiased results quickly with partners and customers.
• Provide training and supervision to technicians and subcontractors; ensure site safety.
• Perform safety-related equipment checks, PPE management, and DOT regulatory compliance.
• Handle mobile-device documented data, work orders and vehicle maintenance logs.
• Execute other duties as assigned; work in environments with fumes, noise and hazards.
