Job summary

Farmina is seeking a PRO Channel field sales professional to engage dog and cat breeders, shelters, trainers, and other professionals across the U.S. You will visit in person within your assigned territory, educate on Farmina brand benefits, and close sales while promoting the PRO App.

You will travel up to 75% with overnight stays, plan and attend at least 12 events annually, act as a brand ambassador, and learn Farmina’s full catalog to drive territory growth and KPI achievement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of outside sales experience or equivalent relevant experience in the animal health industry.
• Comfort in managing large territory. Overnight/weekend travel required 75%.
• Reliable personal vehicle able to be utilized for territory management.
• Ability to work independently, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Breeding/Shelter work experience preferred.
• Live within 30 miles of major airport.
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Visiting dog and cat breeders/shelters/rescues/trainers in person within assigned territory.
• Educate/train prospective customers on brand benefits – close with a sale of product.
• Drive compliance of newly created recommendation portal/PRO App.
• Achieve all KPIs as assigned for territory growth.
• Attend/plan/organize events (dog/cat shows, etc) across U.S. (even outside assigned territory as needed) as defined – min. 12 events per calendar year.
• Act as brand ambassador at all times.
• Learn, understand and promote Farmina full catalog.
