Inyo County is seeking a Personnel Analyst to perform professional duties in administration, employee relations, classification, compensation, recruitment and selection, equal employment, and benefits administration; maintains the County personnel recordkeeping systems and other documentation programs; and participates as a positive and effective team member.

The program includes entry to journey level positions with expanding responsibilities, supervision, and compliance with policies.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; experience in personnel administration preferred.
• Experience with personnel records, recruitment, and benefits administration is a plus.
• Knowledge of county personnel policies and labor relations is desirable.

Mansioni

• Provide professional personnel support across administration, recruitment, classification, and benefits.
• Assist with budget development and cost analyses for personnel programs.
• Prepare reports on personnel programs and respond to inquiries from departments.
