Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, business planning, product management, personal loans, consumer lending, or financial services.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Deep understanding of consumer lending, credit risk, lending economics, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
• Proven experience leading growth and market expansion strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies for personal loan business across new segments, markets, and channels.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify expansion opportunities.
• Assess new products, pricing, partnerships, and distribution opportunities to improve portfolio growth.
• Define and monitor KPIs related to financial performance, acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Collaborate with Credit Risk, Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance, and Technology to optimize the customer journey.
• Leverage data analytics to improve underwriting efficiency and portfolio performance.
• Identify cross-sell, up-sell, and customer lifetime value opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Develop relationships with fintechs, financial institutions, and external distribution partners.
