Dahl Consulting in West Trenton, NJ, seeks a Personal Lines Product Development Manager to lead product strategy for auto, homeowners, and umbrella lines across the footprint. The role emphasizes actuarial analysis, market dynamics, and risk-based decisions, partnering with actuarial, underwriting, claims, IT, and PMO to drive profitability and growth.

Onsite in West Trenton, you will present recommendations to the C-suite and manage cross-functional implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to evaluate risk, pricing, and performance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with C-suite leadership and senior stakeholders.
• Ability and willingness to work onsite on a regular, predictable schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, evaluation, and recommendation of new products and enhancements to existing personal lines offerings.
• Analyze insurance products across multiple states for risk, pricing adequacy, and market competitiveness.
• Develop short- and long-term product roadmaps for assigned lines of business.
• Conduct competitive intelligence and market research to identify product opportunities.
• Apply actuarial rigor and analytical models to evaluate consumer needs, loss trends, and profitability.
• Present product recommendations to C-suite and senior leadership.
