Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant automobile insurance product experience.
• Superior analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with ability to deal with ambiguity and identify solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, persuasion, and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive product strategy at a state level to meet profitability and growth objectives for assigned states.
• Identify and implement product pricing and coverage enhancements to improve competitiveness and profitability.
• Analyze and evaluate monthly and/or quarterly results to identify opportunities of need/growth and develop action plans to impact future performance.
• Work closely with Marketing to assess the competitive landscape and key agency performance.
• Implement a comprehensive approach to product revisions by integrating and analyzing data from multiple systems and conducting analyses to identify opportunities to maximize profit and growth.
• Manage the creation of rate, rule, and form filings and take ownership of the regulatory process to ensure approval.
• Lead a cross functional team to successfully develop and launch a non-standard automobile insurance product in expansion states.
