Job summary

HUB International's Berkeley Heights, NJ office is seeking a Senior Account Executive for the Personal Lines team on a hybrid schedule. You will manage a book of high-net-worth clients, grow relationships, conduct annual reviews, and present program improvements.

You should have a 4-year degree, 3–7 years of related insurance experience, and active P&C license; EPIC experience is preferred. Our benefits and compensation reflect your expertise and dedication.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3-7 years of experience in related position.
• Understanding of Private Client marketplace & carriers.
• A Property & Casualty Insurance license.
• Insurance designation preferred (CPRIA, CPCU, ARM, CIC).
• EPIC experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a deadline driven environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manages an assigned book of high-net-worth personal insurance clients with personal insurance portfolios of varying size and complexity.
• Establish and grow substantive relationships with existing and prospective clients to deliver excellent client experience.
• Schedules and conducts face-to-face and virtual meetings with clients for annual reviews.
• Reviews client insurance and provides feedback and suggestions on program improvement.
• Achieves annual financial metrics focused on retention and revenue growth.
• Uses rating software to market accounts and present proposals as needed.
• Documents EPIC and updates client information in the agency management system.
• Cross-sell initiatives into the managed book of business as well as on an individual basis.
