Job summary

HUB International seeks a Senior New Business Development professional to drive growth in Personal Lines across the Northeast. You will identify high net worth prospects, collaborate with private client advisors, and lead onboarding with service teams to ensure seamless client transitions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in personal lines, a P/C license, and experience with major carriers. This role offers hybrid work across multiple offices and potential for growth within a global brokerage.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of personal lines experience in an insurance agency or brokerage.
• Property & Casualty insurance broker’s license.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with carriers such as Chubb, AIG, PURE, and Travelers.
• Proven sales and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop marketing and target strategies to identify high net worth personal lines clients in the Northeast.
• Build trust with private client advisors and centers of influence for coverage needs.
• Coordinate onboarding and handoffs to service teams; ensure data accuracy and documentation.
• Maintain relationships with carrier underwriters; stay current on appetites and guidelines.
• Assist Account Executives to ensure smooth client transitions and ongoing satisfaction.
