Job summary

World Insurance Associates in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced client service professional to manage renewal processes and account administration. You will lead client service activities, assess exposures, and coordinate with carriers to ensure accurate quotes and timely renewals.

The role requires a Property & Casualty license, 3+ years in the field, and proficiency with Excel and MS Office. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to optimize placements and communications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Personal Property and Casualty with a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverages.
• Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Functional knowledge of Excel, Word and other MS Office products.
• Maintains effective relationships with client, co-workers, and colleagues; team player.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates exposures and renewal quotes.
• Reviews upcoming renewals and determines accounts warrant remarket.
• Make coverage recommendations.
• Transact agency billing (where applicable).
• Obtain signed binding and notifies carriers.
• Reviews binding documents for accuracy.
• Setup and maintain accurate account details and policy information in EPIC.
• Process renewals, endorsements, acknowledgments, cancellations and proofs of insurance.
• Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC.
• Initiate endorsements, proofs of insurance and invoices.
• Leverage templates and system generated letters and forms for standard client communications.
• Create activities in EPIC and assign to team members.
• Pull items such as MVR, CLUES, Risk Meters, RCE as applicable.
