Job summary

World Insurance Associates in Wayne, NJ is seeking an experienced client service professional to lead renewal processing, review upcoming renewals, and assist with coverage recommendations for personal property and casualty accounts. You will help manage billing, binders, and carrier communications in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Property & Casualty license, strong Excel skills, and a team-oriented approach to delivering high-quality client service across a wide book of business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Personal Property and Casualty witha comprehensiveunderstandingof insurancecoverages.
• Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Evaluates exposures and renewal quotes.
• Review upcoming renewals and determine which accounts warrant remarket.
• Make coverage recommendations and transact agency billing (where applicable).
• Obtain signed binding and notify carriers; review binding documents for accuracy.
• Setup and maintain accurate account details in EPIC; process renewals and endorsements.
• Create activities in EPIC and assign to team members.
