Job summary

World Insurance Associates LLC in New Jersey seeks an insurance support specialist to assist lead service and Client Advisors, maintaining client data in EPIC and processing renewals and endorsements. This role requires the ability to follow established workflows and collaborate with team members to ensure accurate policy information and timely communications.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in Personal Property and Casualty, a valid Property & Casualty license, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• HS Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must hold state Property & Casualty license.

Responsibilities

• Setup and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
• Process renewals, endorsements, acknowledgments, cancellations and proofs of insurance.
• Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC.
• Initiate endorsements, proofs of insurance and invoices; leverage templates and forms for client communications.
• Create activities in EPIC and assign to team members.
