Job summary

World Insurance Associates LLC in New Jersey is seeking a detail-oriented insurance support specialist to assist lead service and Client Advisors. You will follow established workflows, maintain policy records, and handle renewals and endorsements within the EPIC system.

Responsibilities include processing renewals, attaching documents, and generating client communications using templates. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of Personal Property and Casualty experience and a state Property &

Qualifications

• Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, and other MS Office products to include basic formatting
• Knowledge of agency management systems and Carrier sites.
• Possesses a basic understanding of property and casualty coverage.
• Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of co-workers and clients. Able to quickly find common ground and solve problems.
• Able to meet quality standards and achieve urgent tasks.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
• Able to follow a well-established and familiar set of activities and/or processes to derive a solution.
• Works to achieve stated objectives and delivers results at the close direction of a senior team member.

Responsibilities

• Setup and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC
• Process renewals, endorsement, acknowledgments, cancellations and proofs of insurance
• Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC
• Initiate endorsements, proofs of insurance and invoicesLeverage templates and system generated letters and forms to produce standard communications to clients and carriers, including BOR, client pre-renewal letters, proposal letters, change request, etc.
• Create activities in EPIC and assign to applicable team member
• Maypullitems such as MVR, CLUES, Risk Meters, RCE etc.
• Generate and send renewal proofs, if requested
• Document maintenance/retrieval
