Job summary

World Insurance Associates LLC is seeking a dedicated professional in New York to support client service and renewal processes within a robust property & casualty environment. The role focuses on evaluating exposures, processing renewals, and coordinating with carriers to ensure accurate, timely placements.

The candidate should hold a valid Property & Casualty license and demonstrate strong Excel/MS Office skills, excellent communication, and meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced team

Qualifications

• Must hold state Property & Casualty license.
• Excel, Word, and other MS Office products proficiency.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates exposures and renewal quote.
• Review upcoming renewals and remarket as needed.
• Make coverage recommendations and transact agency billing.
• Obtain signed binding and notify carriers.
• Reviews binding documents for accuracy.
• Setup and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
• Process renewals, endorsements, cancellations and proofs of insurance.
• Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC.
• Initiate endorsements, proofs of insurance and invoices.
• Create activities in EPIC and assign to applicable team member.
• Pull items such as MVR, CLUES, Risk Meters, RCE.
