Job summary

Inspro is seeking an Account Manager for the Personal Lines Department in Cary, NC. The role leads customer service agents, supports producers, and mentors others to deliver exceptional client service and cross-sell opportunities.

Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, maintaining client and carrier relationships, and guiding department growth. A strong background in personal lines and a relevant license is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years personal lines insurance account management experience
• Strong client relationship skills and service orientation
• Ability to lead, mentor and train others
• Proficiency in MS Office and agency management software (PXE)

Responsibilities

• Build and oversee the daily operations of the personal lines department
• Assist with selection and training of new employees
• Maintain relationships with clients and carrier representatives
• Identify and pursue cross-sell opportunities and new coverages
• Design and implement marketing plans to grow the department
• Ensure quality of work and monitor department performance
• Keep policies updated in the agency management system (PXE)
• Coordinate with carriers to contract new markets
