Job summary

Tech Sales Jobs partners with a Huntsville-based independent insurance agency to fill a Personal Lines Account Manager role. This full-time, hybrid position focuses on servicing personal insurance policies and delivering standout customer service.

You will manage a portfolio, handle endorsements and renewals, assist with billing inquiries, and collaborate with Producers to support agency growth while keeping records accurate in the agency management system.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in personal lines insurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a portfolio of personal lines accounts, ensuring accurate coverage and timely renewals.
• Process endorsements, policy changes, billing inquiries, and coverage updates.
• Conduct proactive policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and cross-sell opportunities.
• Provide responsive customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Maintain accurate documentation within the agency management system and follow compliance guidelines.
• Collaborate with Producers and team members to deliver a seamless client experience and support agency growth.
