World Insurance Associates is seeking an experienced insurance professional to manage renewal processes and client service for personal property and casualty accounts in New Jersey.

The role focuses on evaluating exposures, securing market renewals, and coordinating with carriers using EPIC and a comparative rater tool to obtain accurate quotes and ensure timely processing of renewals and endorsements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Personal Property and Casualty with a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverages.
• Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates exposures and renewal quotes.
• Review upcoming renewals and determine which accounts warrant remarket.
• Make coverage recommendations.
• Utilize comparative rater tool to obtain quotes.
• Transact agency billing where applicable.
• Obtain signed binding and notify carriers.
• Review binding documents for accuracy.
• Setup and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
• Process renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and proofs of insurance.
