Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of personal lines insurance experience.
• Strong knowledge of personal insurance products and terminology.
• Experience with insurance systems and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and retain a book of personal lines clients, identifying growth opportunities.
• Deliver timely responses via phone, email, and multiple channels for client needs.
• Maintain proactive communications with clients, underwriters, and carriers.
• Analyze loss exposures and determine appropriate coverage needs.
• Prepare proposals and present recommendations to clients.
• Generate new business through cross-selling and account rounding.
