You will manage complex personal lines accounts, handle renewals, and assist clients with claims, while maintaining accurate data in the EPIC system and working to achieve high retention. This role emphasizes client trust, cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing knowledge growth.

Qualifications

• College education with 3+ years insurance experience or 5+ years insurance experience.
• Must hold a valid Property Casualty Broker-Agent license.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with others to explain complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex personal lines accounts.
• Process renewals and changes with emphasis on Personal Lines Insurance Risk Management.
• Prepare annual review letters offering recommendations based on clients' insurance needs.
• Assist clients with reporting claims.
• Maintain accurate client information in the Applied EPIC system.
• Aim for 95% retention by marketing renewals and following up on billing, cancellations, and Broker of Record letters.
• Solicit and process additional lines of coverage for all accounts.
• Provide basic information on all personal lines and direct clients accordingly.
• Maintain courteous relationships with clients, carriers, COIs and other contacts.
• Keep informed of industry information and technology to improve knowledge and performance.
