Job summary

Synergy Settlement Services in Orlando, Florida seeks an experienced personal injury professional to act as a strategic partner for high-volume PI law firms. If you have PI paralegal, attorney, or lien resolution experience, you will move beyond routine casework and own key client relationships.

You will oversee service delivery, resolve escalated issues, and drive cross-functional improvements with leadership to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of personal injury experience strongly preferred.
• Experience as PI paralegal, attorney, lien resolution professional, or similar legal professional.
• Strong knowledge of the personal injury case lifecycle.
• Experience with lien resolution, healthcare subrogation, Medicare compliance, or post-settlement services valued.
• Ability to communicate confidently with attorneys, leadership, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Own Key Client Relationships: primary contact for high-volume PI law firms and build trusted relationships.
• Lead Client Meetings & Communication: facilitate regular meetings and discuss service performance.
• Resolve Issues & Advocate for Clients: address escalated concerns and coordinate cross-functional solutions.
• Monitor Performance & Service Delivery: review metrics and identify trends for improvement.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: partner across departments to implement processes benefiting clients and the organization.
• Ensure Quality & Consistency: conduct file reviews and ensure high service standards.
